Cisco Announces OEQs (Core Knowledge) Gone May 10th for R&S and Voice Labs
It will be very interesting to see how the the remaining sections will
now stack up, and also how the vendors change their approach.

The sections are projected as follows:
* Troubleshooting - 2 hours
* Configuration - 6 hours
